Palm Jaggery is made by extracting palm juice or sap twice a day to be collected in an earthen pot coated with limestone by experienced tree-climbers with traditions passed on from generations.
Heated in a barrel within a few hours of its collection to ensure it’s edible, it’s then moulded and served to our beloved customers after final processing.
