Please note that we do not accept returns of products. Millets and Turmeric, being consumables that have a specific and short expiration span, are non-refundable. Cancellations need to be processed from the customer’s side before the item/items are shipped. Please note that cancellation requests post shipping aren’t entertained by us.
We won’t be held responsible for failure of delivery due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. In case of a failed delivery attempt that occurs due to an incorrect address, the customer will be charged for the order, with no refunds being allotted.
We don’t have total control over the shipping carriers. We won’t be responsible for any mismanagement, mishandling of goods, or delays that might happen due to the carriers.
